The computer-controlled spring tension and compression testing machine is a specialized testing device designed and manufactured according to national standards for spring testing. It can perform strength tests and analyses on precision springs such as tension springs, compression springs, disc springs, tower springs, leaf springs, snap rings, leaf springs, composite springs, gas springs, mold springs, and irregularly shaped springs, measuring their tensile force, compressive force, displacement, and stiffness. This spring testing machine is mainly used in spring manufacturers, electrical appliance manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, shock absorber manufacturers, leaf spring manufacturers, power machinery manufacturers, universities, and related research institutions.
1.Determine the spring’s quality by measuring the force F corresponding to the spring’s deformation ΔH or compression height H.
2.Determine the spring’s quality by measuring the corresponding spring deformation ΔH or compression height H using the spring’s force F.
3.Perform one-point or multi-point tests to determine the spring’s quality.
4.Perform segmented measurements and calculate the stiffness (elastic coefficient) K and average stiffness of each segment.
5.It can perform sampling inspections and batch testing of products (the mechanical part has batch testing fixtures).
Controlled by a microcomputer, the machine can automatically complete the entire cycle test environment for a spring, or measure a specific parameter of the spring individually, and print out the test report. Users can adjust the test program according to actual needs, making operation extremely convenient.
The main unit and auxiliary fixtures of the testing machine are designed with reference to advanced foreign technology, featuring an aesthetically pleasing appearance, convenient operation, and stable and reliable performance. The computer system, through the springteststart controller, controls the motor rotation via a speed regulation system. After deceleration by a reduction system, a precision lead screw drives the pressure plate to rise and fall, displaying the test force, peak test force, beam displacement, and test deformation on the screen, thus completing mechanical property tests such as compression and tension of the specimen.
