Product Overview

This single-arm electronic tensile testing machine is used for static and dynamic mechanical property testing and analysis of metals and non-metals (including composite materials) under tensile, compression, bending, shear, peel, tear, load holding, relaxation, and low-frequency reciprocating forces. It can automatically calculate test parameters such as ReH, ReL, Rp0.2, Fm, Rt0.5, Rt0.6, Rt0.65, R0.7, Rm, and E, and can perform tests and provide data according to relevant domestic and international standards such as GB, ISO, DIN, ASTM, and J1S. Its functional and performance indicators meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T 16491-2022 “Electronic Universal Testing Machine”.

This equipment consists of two main systems: a computer or digital display and the main testing unit. The computer or digital display acts as the control system, automatically controlling the entire test and automatically collecting experimental data through data sensors. It is mainly used for testing and researching the tensile, compression, and bending mechanical properties of various metals, non-metals, and composite materials. It features easy operation, continuously adjustable test speed, automatic stop upon sample breakage, digital display of test force, and peak value hold.
