Wide Temperature Control: Temperature range -195℃~1600℃, cascade cooling in the low-temperature zone and resistance heating in the high-temperature zone, heat spreader length 80-200mm, temperature control accuracy ±1℃ (high-temperature zone) / ±2℃ (low-temperature zone).
Stable Load: Maximum test force 1-500kN, axial tensile loading, load accuracy ±0.5% FS, equipped with a sealed loading structure adapted to high and low temperatures to avoid the influence of temperature on load output.
Full-Scenario Testing: Automatically detects creep rate, creep life, and elongation at break of metals/non-metals, supports high and low temperature cyclic creep testing, data acquisition interval adjustable from 0.1s to 1h, supports breakpoint continuation testing.
Convenient Operation: Chinese touch interface, real-time display of temperature-load-deformation curves, automatic generation of metal/non-metal dedicated test reports, supports Excel/PDF. Data export is compatible with laboratory management systems.
