This testing machine is used to test the compression resistance of cardboard boxes. It is suitable for compression, deformation, and stacking tests on packaging materials such as corrugated cardboard boxes and honeycomb board boxes. It also supports compression tests on containers such as plastic drums (edible oil, mineral water), paper drums, cardboard boxes, paper cans, and IBC containers. The machine is used to determine the compression resistance of cardboard boxes and can perform sustained-pressure stacking tests. The test results can serve as an important reference for the stacking height of finished product packaging boxes in factories or as an important basis for packaging box design.
Product Overview
This series of electronic universal testing machines features a double-hood, floor-standing structure, using an AC servo motor as the power source, an arc-shaped synchronous belt for reduction, and dual ball screw loading. High-precision load sensors, rotary photoelectric encoders, and electronic extensometers are employed to measure test force, displacement, and deformation, respectively. A dedicated controller for the electronic universal machine provides closed-loop control of these three parameters and allows for smooth switching between three control modes. It features high control accuracy, strong adaptability, and excellent long-term stability.
