The uniaxial compression and flexural testing machine mainly tests the compression and flexural properties of rocks, cement, concrete, bricks and other materials. It can also perform pressure tests on other materials or objects. Adding bending aids can also test the bending resistance.
The measurement and control system of this machine adopts a high-precision digital servo valve, which has a force closed-loop control function and can realize equal load rate loading or equal stress rate loading. It has high control accuracy and good reliability. It uses a microcomputer to realize electronic measurement and automatically complete the compressive strength test. Product Overview
The uniaxial compressive and flexural testing machine is mainly used to test the compressive and flexural properties of materials such as rock, cement, concrete, and brick. It can also be used to perform pressure tests on other materials or objects. With the addition of bending fixtures, flexural performance tests can also be conducted. The machine’s control system uses a high-precision digital servo valve with a force closed-loop control function, enabling constant load rate or constant stress rate loading. It boasts high control accuracy and reliability, and employs a microcomputer for electronic measurement, automatic completion of the compressive strength test, and automatic calculation and report printing.
Structure
The testing machine consists of a main unit, hydraulic power source, and a measurement and control system. The main unit’s upper crossbeam and base form a load-bearing frame via four columns. The loading cylinder is located on the upper crossbeam, and the lower pressure plate is fixed to the base. The test bench is positioned between the upper and lower pressure plates. The hydraulic and control systems control the piston’s movement to perform the compression test. By replacing the bending auxiliary fixture, a bending test can be performed. Other tooling and auxiliary fixtures can also be selected for related tests.
The hydraulic system is housed in the hydraulic power source tank. Hydraulic oil in the tank is pumped into the oil circuit by a motor-driven high-pressure pump, flowing through a high-pressure filter, differential pressure valve assembly, and digital valve before entering the cylinder. The computer sends control signals to the digital valve, controlling its opening size, thereby controlling the flow rate into the cylinder and achieving constant velocity test force control.

Force Measurement System
1.High-performance intelligent fully digital controller, employing fully digital PID regulation, coupled with an independent servo amplifier, measurement and control software, and data acquisition and processing software, enabling closed-loop control of test force, specimen deformation, and piston displacement, and smooth switching of control modes. The system consists of three signal conditioning units (test force unit, cylinder piston displacement unit, specimen deformation unit), a control signal generator unit, a servo drive unit, a servo hydraulic power control unit, necessary I/O interfaces, and software. The system’s closed-loop control loop: Measurement sensors (load sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer), servo motors, controllers (each signal conditioning unit), and servo amplifiers together form multiple closed-loop control loops, realizing closed-loop control functions for the testing machine’s test force, cylinder piston displacement, and specimen deformation. It features multiple control modes such as constant-rate test force, constant-rate cylinder displacement, and constant-rate strain, and can achieve smooth switching of control modes, giving the system greater flexibility. It also has a network interface, enabling data networking and remote control functions.

It features an interactive programming control mode, facilitating the addition of new standard test methods. It boasts powerful graphical operation functions, capable of real-time display and plotting of test curves and data, including curve zooming, graphic magnification and cropping, and cursor following display. Employing VXDS high-speed data acquisition technology, it achieves high-speed data acquisition across multiple channels. It has complete storage functions for test curves and test data, and supports both single-item test report output and batch test report output and printing.
3.Safety protection devices: have protection functions such as test force overload, exceeding the set limit, power failure, and piston reaching the limit position.
