Product Overview
The WAW-series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine features a bottom-mounted hydraulic cylinder and is primarily used for tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests on metallic and non-metallic materials. It is suitable for applications in metallurgy, construction, light industry, aerospace, materials science, universities, and research institutions. It meets the relevant functions and technical requirements of the national standard GB/T16826 “Electro-hydraulic Servo Universal Testing Machine”. It can also perform tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests on different materials or products according to other standards. It can determine the tensile strength, yield strength, specified non-proportional elongation strength, and elastic modulus of the tested materials. It can achieve closed-loop control for constant-rate loading, constant-rate deformation, and constant-rate displacement, and can perform process qualification performance verification tests on materials or products.
1.The hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, and shear tests, as well as other mechanical property tests and research, on metallic materials such as plain round steel bars, ribbed steel bars, straight steel bars, coiled steel bars, metal plates, metal bars, cables and ropes, castings and forgings, bolts and fasteners, and metal pipes, as well as non-metallic materials, at room temperature.2.
2.The testing machine is equipped with a computer, printer, electronic extensometer, photoelectric encoder, and general testing software. It can accurately determine the tensile strength, yield strength, specified non-proportional elongation strength, elongation, and elastic modulus of metallic materials.
3.Experimental results can be queried and printed in eight curve types (force-displacement, force-deformation, stress-time, stress-strain, force-time, deformation-time, force-displacement, displacement-time) and related experimental data.
